This is a dance class that tones and stretches, the entire body, using the basics of ballet technique with the fluidity of lyrical jazz .
The lessons starts a with warm up that uses flowing movements from lyrical jazz and a traditional ballet barre with a range of music from each dance style

This course has a relaxed approach to learning and is an excellent workout incorporating the traditional techniques of jazz and ballet
Improve your posture and
co-ordination. Jazz ballet tones your muscles without bulking. It strengthens your back and abdominal muscles and, most importantly, is highly enjoyable!
Beginners are welcome. The classes cover general content which is easily accessible to a range of abilities.
