Locking and popping teaches you muscle tension techniques and movements such as waving and locking. It helps to build a good foundation in street dance with a little hip hop to spice up the classes. Jazz is fun packed with traditional jazz dance choreography! The course is of a general level and so is fine if you have very little experience. Try to get jazz dance shoes or sneakers for this class: it will help you spin!
